Position Summary
You will lead and develop a team of electrical technicians who keep our manufacturing equipment reliable, safe, and compliant. You will work closely with production, quality, safety and supply chain colleagues to plan maintenance, deliver improvements, and solve technical challenges. We value clear problem solving, practical leadership and a focus on people development. This role offers hands-on technical ownership, chances to grow your leadership skills, and the chance to make a real impact on patient-focused supply by uniting science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together.

Manufacturing at the Irvine site is for antibiotics. It is advised that you take this into consideration when deciding to apply for this position. We cannot accept applications from individuals that have an allergy to penicillin due to Health and Safety.
