What are we expecting from you?
- Impeccable eye for details
- Excellent communication skills in English. French is a plus
- Master of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong experience in coordinating multiple projects in an autonomous way
- Ability to manage multiple conflicting deadlines, prioritising various agendas
- Reliable and trustworthy, can keep confidential information
- Positive and solution oriented
- Acts to guarantee that work is realized on time and at expected quality
- Identifies ways in their control or sphere to improve efficiency and effectiveness of work
- Builds trusting and sustainable relationships across the value chain
- Is an Ambassador of the Maison’s culture and values
- Promotes cross functional collaboration and communication
