Executive Operations Coordinator Full Time

The Role You’ll play a key role in supporting business priorities by:
Coordinating projects, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met
Managing communication with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally
Preparing reports, presentations, and key business documents
Acting as a central point of contact across teams
Managing a busy executive diary and organising meetings
Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion

What We’re Looking For?
Some flexibility, due to working over time zones and some international travel
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
A confident communicator, both written and verbal
Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
Proactive, adaptable, and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Experienced in administration, EA/PA support, or project coordination
Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential, and experience with project tools is a plus.
