Job Overview
The Foundation Training Programme Director (TPD) is jointly responsible for the overall management and quality control of the North Bristol Trust Foundation programme.
The postholder will work with the local lead educators to ensure that each placement within the Foundation rotations and the programme as a whole meets the NHSE and UKFPO training range of experiences which will enable them to gain the competencies necessary for full registration and completion of foundation training.
The postholder will become a member of the Postgraduate Medical Education team with wider educational support as required.
