TikTok Creator Manager Full Time

About the Role

– Training will be provided for the first 3 month with Intern Subsidy.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented TikTok Creator Manager to manage and grow our creator ecosystem on TikTok. This role focuses heavily on TAP (TikTok Affiliate Program) and POP (Product Opportunity Program) collaborations, working closely with creators to drive content performance, conversions, and long-term partnerships.

You will take full ownership of creator relationships — from onboarding and communication to performance tracking and optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with TikTok creators, affiliates, and presenters
• Lead and scale TAP & POP collaborations, including creator outreach, onboarding, and follow-ups
• Act as the main point of contact for creators, ensuring clear, professional, and timely communication
• Coordinate product seeding, content timelines, and campaign deliverables
• Monitor creator content performance and provide feedback to improve conversion and engagement
• Identify high-potential creators and build long-term partnerships
• Take ownership of assigned projects and campaigns from start to finish
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams (operations, livestream, campaign, and account management)
• Ensure all creator content aligns with TikTok policies and brand guidelines

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability — able to manage tasks independently
• Highly organised with good follow-up habits
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends, creator behaviour, and short-form content

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Previous experience working with TikTok creators, affiliates, or livestream hosts
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop, TAP, and POP
• Experience in creator management, influencer marketing, MCN, or live commerce
• Data-driven mindset with basic content or performance analysis skills

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per hour
