About the role

U.S Sports Scholarships is looking to add a Soccer Recruitment Associate to our growing soccer team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a former college soccer athlete who is commercially driven, passionate about football, and motivated to help the next generation of student-athletes secure life-changing opportunities in the United States.

As a Soccer Recruitment Associate, you will play a key role in identifying, recruiting, and supporting aspiring student-athletes throughout their scholarship journey, from initial conversations with players and families through to university placement.

This is a fast-paced, relationship-driven role that would suit someone with a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping young athletes achieve their goals.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and sign prospective student-athletes for U.S Sports Scholarships services
• Conduct sales calls and consultations with players and families
• Assess player suitability for the U.S college pathway
• Build and maintain relationships with university coaches across the U.S
• Manage student-athletes throughout the recruitment and placement process
• Support showcase events, trial days, and wider recruitment activity
• Generate leads through outreach, networking, football contacts, and events
• Represent U.S Sports Scholarships professionally across all interactions

About you

We are looking for someone who:

• Has played college soccer in the U.S (NCAA / NAIA / NJCAA)
• Is confident speaking with players, parents, and coaches
• Has a strong commercial / sales mindset
• Is organised, proactive, and self-motivated
• Builds strong relationships and communicates professionally
• Has a passion for football and helping young athletes succeed
• Is comfortable working in a target-driven environment

Preferred but not essential:

• Previous sales experience
• Recruitment experience
• Experience in sports education / athlete development
• Existing football network
