Business Analyst (Contract) – Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Programme

📍 UK / EMEA (remote with occasional travel)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst is required to support a large-scale integrated infrastructure and cybersecurity transformation programme within a global, multi-region organisation.

This role sits at the heart of a complex roadmap spanning platform engineering, security, operations, and FinOps, addressing technology modernisation, audit remediation, and cyber risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements discovery, elicitation, and documentation across multiple concurrent workstreams
• Translate business and technical needs into vendor-ready specifications and acceptance criteria
• Maintain traceability and alignment across initiatives and stakeholders
• Support solution validation, UAT, and delivery assurance
• Develop process maps and operating models (ITSM, identity, endpoint, etc.)
• Collaborate globally across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas

Key Experience Required

• Extensive Business Analysis experience including several years at a senior level
• Strong exposure to infrastructure and/or cybersecurity programmes
• Experience with ITSM, identity & access, endpoint management, or cloud platforms
• Familiarity with audit/regulatory frameworks (e.g. ISO27001, NIS2, SOC2)
• Proven ability to work with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders globally
• Comfortable operating in complex, high-accountability contract environments

The programme involves global stakeholder engagement with cross-time zone collaboration. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a high-impact, enterprise-wide transformation programme
