Quantum Medix is a dental roll-up on a mission to become one of the most respected and scalable healthcare platforms in the UK. We are moving at pace, acquiring and elevating independent practices through a model grounded in operational excellence, strategic funding, and clinical integrity. We’re looking for a Regional Clinical Director to join us in building something truly exceptional.This role is ideal for a dental surgeon who wants to step into a leadership position that blends clinical credibility with commercial awareness. You will not be expected to work in-clinic—instead, you’ll act as a senior clinical advisor, strategic thought partner, and ambassador for our clinical standards and long-term vision across the region.Candidates must be ready to hit the ground running as our acquisition pipeline is already active.Your Role:You’ll work directly with the founder and senior leadership team to:Act as the clinical face of Quantum Medix, providing credibility in seller conversations, investor meetings, and clinician communicationsShape and guide our clinical philosophy, SOPs, and quality standards across regional practicesProvide strategic input into practice acquisitions and post-acquisition integrationsSupport the recruitment and retention of high-quality associate dentistsServe as a senior clinical point of contact for clinicians across the networkStay at the forefront of dental innovation, helping guide the adoption of new technologies and modern treatment modelsAdvise on regulatory and compliance matters, ensuring CQC and NHS readinessReview treatment mix, operational delivery models, and patient experience standards across practicesWhat We’re Offering:Equity participation tied to impact and long-term value creationSuccess fees linked to recruitment, integration, and acquisition milestonesA seat at the table in a fast-scaling, founder-led businessInfluence over a growing national brand and regional clinical strategy—without being tied to the chairEnhanced equity consideration for candidates who bring or introduce their own practice to the groupWho You Are:A GDC-registered UK dental surgeon with experience beyond day-to-day clinical deliveryComfortable operating across clinical, commercial, and operational domainsEntrepreneurial, ambitious, and motivated by performance-based structuresConfident advising both clinicians and business stakeholdersUnderstands roll-up dynamics, multi-site operations, and scalable clinical modelsA strong communicator who understands people, culture, and leadership—not just protocolsBonus points if you’ve led multi-practice clinical teams, operated your own practice, or have exposure to M&A activityIf you’re ready to move beyond traditional dentistry and play a pivotal role in building a national platform, we’d love to hear from you.Apply via LinkedIn or message us directly for a confidential discussion.
