We are currently seeking an experienced and talented individual to join our Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety (QEHS) team as a key member. As a EHS Specialist, you will report directly to the QEHS Manager and play a vital role in driving the site’s environmental, health and safety agenda, implementing new processes, and influencing positive change.How will you make an impact?Lead and coordinate site-wide EHS activities, ensuring compliance with legal, company, and food safety standards Promote a safe, inclusive, and quality-focused culture across teams and departments Support and continuously improve EHS systems, policies, training, and site improvement plans Drive data-led decision making, reporting, digital adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives Partner with internal teams, customers, and external authorities, including audits, investigations, and customer relationship supportWhat will you need to succeed?Minimum of 5 years of experience in a health & safety specialist or manager role within the FMCG industry.Excellent relationship-building skills, capable of establishing genuine and productive connections.Ideally, a degree or equivalent qualification within a relevant discipline.Demonstrated professional integrity and a passion for excellence.Proficiency in IT skills.What do we offer?In return you can expect a competitive salary and benefits package and the opportunity to work with a market leading company.
