NHS Supply Chain currently has an opportunity for a Principal Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team during an exciting period of transformation, working to make it easier for the NHS to put patients first.
The Principal Accounts Receivable Associate plays a key role in ensuring the effective management of customer accounts and the timely collection of outstanding debt. You will be responsible for proactively chasing overdue balances, resolving queries, and providing accurate updates on account statuses to support informed business decision-making. Working closely with the Accounts Receivable Team Leader, you will also act as a main point of contact for escalations and help drive the team’s overall performance against key KPIs.
In addition, you will support continuous improvement initiatives, acting as a subject matter expert on key processes, while analysing customer data to identify trends, mitigate risk, and improve cash flow. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships both internally and externally, alongside a focus on maintaining accurate records, robust controls, and up-to-date processes.
