Key Responsibilities:
This is a support role focused on enabling the Director and wider team to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive sales through strong organisation, communication, and execution. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent organisational skills and a passion for delivering a high level of client service. This is a full-time, office-based role, with flexibility to occasionally work Saturdays for events and client appointments, and with international travel expected.
Client Support & Coordination
• Support management of the client database and CRM system (e.g. HubSpot)
• Assist with client communications, invitations, and follow-ups
• Help manage and nurture existing client relationships
• Build and maintain own portfolio of clients
• Support and manage client repairs coordination Events & Engagement
• Coordinate and support client events and sales activations
• Assist with product launches and client-facing initiatives
• Support new business outreach and partnership coordination Reporting & Administration
• Track client engagement, sales activity, and reporting
• Liaise with internal teams (marketing, design, production) to support client needs
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Director
Experience and Attributes
Essential:
• Previous experience in an administrative, client-facing, or support role
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Proactive and adaptable approach
Desirable:
• Experience using CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot)
• Experience within a luxury or client-focused environment
