A fantastic opportunity for an experienced wealth planning administrator to join a collaborative Wealth Planning team and play a key role in delivering exceptional client service.
We’re looking for a Senior Wealth Planning Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to Wealth Planners, ensuring smooth client onboarding, meeting coordination, and first-class client outcomes.
What you’ll do
- Support Wealth Planners with client administration, meeting preparation, and post-meeting actions
- Handle new business processing, CDD, and accurate application paperwork
- Act as first point of contact for client queries and coordinate with central services
- Maintain accurate client records on XPlan and associated systems
- Assist with training junior team members and contribute to process improvements
What we’re looking for
- Strong experience in wealth planning administration or similar client-facing financial services role
- Good knowledge of financial planning products and processes
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Word/Excel; XPlan and Voyant experience desirable
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive team player with excellent client service focus
