Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Handback and Transition Manager based in Edinburgh. The Handback and Transition Manager will oversee and coordinate the smooth handback of assets, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Responsibilities include managing expediting and logistics processes, liaising with key stakeholders, developing and maintaining project plans, and coordinating inspections and transition activities to ensure project timelines and requirements are met effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in Expediting and Expeditor responsibilities to oversee and ensure timely progress of project deliverables.
• Proven expertise in Project Management to plan, monitor, and execute transition activities efficiently.
• Knowledge of Inspection and Logistics Management practices to coordinate the efficient movement and assessment of materials or operations.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with various internal and external teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with project planning tools and software, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in facilities management, energy, or infrastructure sectors would be an advantage.
