Production Office Administrator Full Time

Location: Wick (Minibus service from Thurso provided)

Pay: Starting at £13.45/hr | Hours: Full-time (with Half-day Fridays) or Flexible Part-time

We are now looking for a dedicated team member to join our Production Office, playing a key role in supporting the smooth and accurate flow of information between our showrooms and our manufacturing departments.

The Roles

You’ll be cross-trained or specialised in one of our key production areas:

• Sales Office: Working closely with our retail & trade showrooms to create individual client confirmations for all production related orders. Communicating efficiently to ensure all elements of the order are accurate and achievable.
• Customer Services: Working closely with our retail & trade showrooms post-delivery to raise small order and remedial paperwork. Problem solving to discover where issues have arisen and rectifying these for customers.
• Order Process: Raising relevant paperwork which is passed throughout the various manufacturing cells within the factory as well as placing any external orders with suppliers.
