This role ensures that environmental monitoring, stock management, and quality‑related processes run smoothly, supporting the wider pharmacy team to maintain exceptional standards of patient care.You will lead and develop a team of pharmacy support workers, providing day‑to‑day supervision, training, and mentorship to ensure staff are confident, competent, and working effectively. By managing workflow, maintaining stock continuity, and contributing to service improvements, you will help drive the department’s commitment to accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement.Working closely with the Quality Control senior management team, you will report directly to senior QC leadership while collaborating with colleagues across pharmacy and the wider Trust.
