Excel Learning Trust is seeking a dedicated and ambitious Vice Principal, who will oversee Deep Support. The role will be deployed at Carr Infant School, who are looking to join the trust in the near future. This is a pivotal role designed to drive high standards, foster an inclusive culture, and ensure the safety and welfare of every pupil.
As Vice Principal, you will support the Head of School in all aspects of leadership, specifically overseeing the Deep Support and inclusion agenda. You will play a lead role in identifying improvement priorities and will be expected to deputise for the Head of School when required.
The successful candidate will be a resilient, reflective leader who maintains high expectations for themselves and their pupils. You will be an outstanding role model for teaching and learning, and have proven experience as an excellent primary classroom practitioner, with a track record of strong pupil outcomes. You will be committed to ensuring that every child achieves their full potential. Early Years experience is highly desirable.
