Our client in Hatfield is looking for a Sales Account Manager to help grow their vibrant business community across the region.

- Salary: £35k basic + uncapped commission
- Hours: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, office based with some travel required to visit clients and attend events

Key responsibilities;
- Drive new member acquisition and upsell existing members into premium packages
- Identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities
- Represent the company at events, meetings, and conferences
- Build strong relationships with local businesses and stakeholders
- Use social media (especially LinkedIn) to amplify reach
- Hit monthly growth and retention targets
- Collaborate with a dynamic, supportive team

- Proven success in business development or B2B sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
