As our Foundation Assistant you’ll be part of the DM Foundation working closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into the Head of Dr Martens Foundation. You’ll be right at the heart of fast‑moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers – today and tomorrow.
WHERE YOU CONTRIBUTE
The Foundation Assistant sits within the Dr. Martens Foundation team, reporting directly into the Head of Dr. Martens Foundation. The role provides essential administrative and coordination support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Foundation, with a particular focus on grants administration, payments, inbox management and scheduling.
The role works closely with internal teams such as Finance, Legal and Sustainability, as well as external partners and grantees, to support effective, compliant and well-organised Foundation operations.
The Foundation Assistant plays a key role in supporting the operational delivery of the Dr. Martens Foundation. By providing reliable administration, coordination and organisational support, the role helps ensure that grants processes, financial payments and communications run efficiently and accurately.
This role is critical in creating structure, consistency and responsiveness across Foundation activity, enabling the Head of Dr. Martens Foundation to focus on strategy, partnerships and impact.
