About the role
This is a pivotal commercial role within inspiratia, responsible for driving delegate revenue across our expanding portfolio of conferences while helping to maintain and grow our wider customer base. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a central part in deepening engagement with senior‑level decision‑makers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling, and ensuring our products and events continue to deliver exceptional value to clients.

Based in London, the role sits within the inspiratia sales team and is focused on delivering revenue through new delegate acquisition, re‑engaging past attendees, renewals, and maximising cross-event and cross‑product opportunities. This is a high‑impact position for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment and is confident engaging senior stakeholders across the energy, infrastructure, and digital sectors.

You are commercially astute, able to quickly understand client needs, articulate value, and position our conferences and products as essential to senior‑level decision‑makers.
You operate with rigour and accountability, maintaining a clean and accurate pipeline, applying the process consistently, and making active use of Salesforce to manage activity and forecasting. You bring strong solution‑based selling skills, using insight‑led conversations to guide prospects toward the right outcomes while strengthening long‑term relationships.
