Within our 40 bed Complex Dementia Unit, we provide specialist dementia care in a structured and supportive environment for residents living with advanced cognitive needs, focused on dignity, stability and wellbeing.Activities Coordinator Contract£12.71 per hourContracted to 0 hours per weekPaid DBS, pension, uniform provided5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)Role OverviewAs an Activities Coordinator, you will play a key role in enhancing daily life within a specialist complex care setting, supporting individuals with a range of complex physical and mental health needs.You will plan and deliver engaging, meaningful and person centred activities that promote wellbeing, independence and social interaction. Activities will be tailored to individual interests, abilities and care needs, including those who may require a more structured or sensitive approach to engagement.Building positive relationships is essential, helping you understand individual preferences, behaviours and communication styles to support inclusive participation.
