As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will provide care and support to our residents who live in our serviced apartments on site. It’s likely you’ll be covering a variety of duties across our onsite apartments such as: Assisting residents with personal care duties Supporting at mealtimes where appropriate Helping to promote mental and physical activity of residents through hobbies, interests or activities within the village Answering emergency calls on site when care alert system is activated Working with the Domiciliary Care Manager and other external professionals such as GPs, Chiropodists, Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists where appropriateKey Skills / Qualifications Needed For This RoleIdeally, you’ll have experience of working in a care/dementia setting or you may have a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), however, this isn’t essential as full training will be provided.Why Choose Bupa?We encourage all of our people to “Be you at Bupa”, we champion diversity, and we understand the importance of our people representing the communities and customers we serve.
