What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide professional customer service via phone, chat, SMS, email, and social media, with a strong emphasis on phone communication
• Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding product information, order status, and returns
• Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution while exercising sound judgment
• Share insights on customer trends and recommend improvements to processes
• Meet performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of one year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and technical savvy
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain a distraction-free home office environment and meet remote work requirements

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in a fast-paced call center environment
• Familiarity with customer service ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Talkdesk, SalesForce)
• Previous remote work experience
• Experience in the bridal, formalwear, or wedding industry
