This role is pivotal in onboarding and upskilling centre Managers, ensuring effective knowledge transfer, and driving consistent performanceacross centres.Key Responsibilities:● Deliver engaging training sessions (L0 and OJT) for new Centre Managers.● Facilitate smooth onboarding and ensure readiness of new hires to perform effectively.● Continuously support and track the performance of Centre Managers post-training.● Ensure consistency in delivery of modules and adherence to defined processes.● Collaborate with the L&D team to improve training content and methodologies.Qualifications and Skills:● 1-3 years of experience.● Excellent communication and presentation skills.● Strong facilitation and delivery skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.● Prior experience in training, coaching, or mentoring (preferred in sales/operations context).● Ability to drive accountability and performance improvement.
