Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Colnbrook for an eBay Store Manager. The eBay Store Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing inventory, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring accurate product listings. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, overseeing order fulfillment, and resolving any issues promptly. The eBay Store Manager will also implement strategies to enhance store performance and actively mitigate risks related to inventory losses.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive experience for all clients
• Experience of selling on Ebay in the past, and familiar with advertising tools and Ebay Campiagn Manager
• Proficient Store Management skills, including inventory control and sales analysis
• Effective Communication skills for engaging with customers and managing inquiries or concerns
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies to minimize inventory shrinkage
• Experience with e-commerce platforms, particularly eBay, is a strong advantage
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities
• A high level of attention to detail and organizational skills
