- 1 x Full Time, 6 Months Fixed Term Secondment Opportunity located in Cardiff (37.5 Hours) or The Hague (40 Hours)
Location: IB (International Baccalaureate®) Global Centre, Cardiff and The Hague
Hybrid working opportunity, office presence required one day per week

About the Role
The talent management function of the Global IBEN department supports the delivery of quality services to schools across all four IB programmes globally through talent acquisition, quality assurance and allocation of educators to suitable IB events. The IBEN department plays a strategic role to progress business growth, supporting it in its present and future goals .
This position supports educators both on-site and remotely, working closely with internal stakeholders to enhance the efficiency of the IBEN network. The jobholder is responsible for assigning educators to events and contributing to the recruitment and training to ensure IBEN possess the necessary qualifications, experience, and skills. The role also involves being responsible for the maintenance of all data systems related to IBEN, ensuring that these records are accurate, up-to-date, and managed with the utmost efficiency ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations and legal requirements. In this role, the jobholder upholds the values of the IB and contributes to the promotion and implementation of it’s mission.
