KTI-Plersch is looking for a Spare Parts Sales Engineer to strengthen our aftermarket business in the UAE.
This role is ideal for a hands-on sales engineer (5+ year’s experience) with strong technical knowledge in industrial refrigeration, HVAC, or industrial equipment, and a passion for customer-facing technical sales.
What you’ll do:
- Drive spare parts sales and grow aftermarket revenue in the UAE
- Manage customer inquiries and prepare quotations
- Provide technical support for spare parts selection and replacements
- Handle the full sales cycle from inquiry to delivery
- Build strong relationships with key customers and partners
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in spare parts / aftermarket sales
- Strong technical understanding and commercial mindset
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills
- Based in the UAE
