Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Servers to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service in a lively casual terrace. Duties

• Welcome guests warmly and take their orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining presentation standards
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during their meal and addressing any needs or concerns
• Handle payments accurately and process transactions using the POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tables, service stations, and dining areas
• Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities while providing honest recommendations
• Follow food safety protocols and uphold hygiene standards at all times
• Assist with basic food preparation or side tasks as required, supporting kitchen staff when needed
• Manage multiple tables effectively through excellent time management skills
• Provide friendly guest services, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons

Skills

• Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred
• Strong knowledge of food safety and proper serving techniques
• Familiarity with food preparation and kitchen procedures is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage guests courteously
• Basic maths skills for handling bills and transactions accurately
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
• Organised with good time management to ensure timely service delivery
• Guest service-oriented attitude with a friendly, professional demeanour
• Upselling skills to enhance guest experience and maximise sales potential
• Previous culinary or restaurant experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
