Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in London for a Retired professional at Crosstide. The Retired professional will act as a consultant and mentor, leveraging deep industry experience to provide strategic guidance, share best practices, and support enterprise-level transformation initiatives. Responsibilities include advising cross-functional teams, fostering knowledge transfer, and contributing to the organizational growth strategy through innovation and expertise. This role will also include engaging with client stakeholders to support and enhance their transformation journey.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in leadership, mentorship, and strategic advisory roles within enterprise-scale business environments
• In-depth knowledge of software engineering, data analysis, transformation projects, and consulting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for complex stakeholder engagement
• Proven ability to upskill and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering knowledge and process improvement
• Experience in the financial services, healthcare, or retail sectors is highly desirable
