Position: Factory Manager

Work Location: Tangerang

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical) or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in FMCG industry, preferably in personal care (cosmetics, skincare, toiletries)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in managerial role (Factory/Plant Manager or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of personal care manufacturing processes: formulation, filling, packaging, and quality standards
• Familiar with quality management systems such as GMP, ISO, and BPOM regulations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams
• Proven ability in production planning, cost control, and operational efficiency improvement
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work full WFO in Tangerang

Job Description:

• Lead and manage overall plant operations end-to-end, ensuring production targets are achieved on time, within scope, and within budget
• Provide strategic direction and leadership for manufacturing activities, aligning with company business objectives
• Oversee daily operations including Production, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop and execute production planning and scheduling based on demand forecasts and capacity optimization
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across departments to ensure smooth manufacturing processes
• Monitor and analyze manufacturing KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and cost efficiency
• Identify and implement operational excellence initiatives including lean manufacturing and process improvements
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements (GMP, ISO, and other applicable regulations)
• Manage plant budget and control operational costs while maintaining product quality and safety standards
• Lead risk management and mitigation strategies related to production, supply, and operations
• Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and facilities to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
• Promote and enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE/K3) standards within the plant
• Report operational performance, risks, and improvements to senior management
