Qualifications:
- Proficient in Spreadsheet (Ms. Excel, Google Sheet).
- Warehouse process basic knowledge.
- Have a strong working ethics and teamwork.
- WIllingness to learn, enthusiastic and discipline.
- Will be located at Warehouse
Responsibilities:
- Process and record incoming customer returns accurately.
- Investigate and resolve any issues related to returned items.
- Work closely with the customer service team to handle returns inquiries
- Help maintain accurate inventory records for returned products
- Assist with general administrative tasks supporting the warehouse operations
- Support physical handling and movement of returned goods.
