We’re Exceptional Thinking — a friendly, growing team who specialise in booking high-quality, qualified appointments for our clients. We don’t do cold databases and we don’t ask you to read from rigid scripts. Instead, we give you warm leads, guides (not scripts), and plenty of training and support so you can focus on what you do best: building relationships and booking great meetings.

The Role

• Speaking to decision-makers at all levels — from C-Suite executives in global firms to owners of thriving SMEs.
• Using your natural communication skills to build rapport quickly, listen well, and spot buying signals.
• Following our proven process (guides, training, and ongoing support) to secure qualified appointments for our clients.
• Reaching out to prospects not only by phone, but also via LinkedIn and email — so a good eye for detail matters.
