Senior Structural Engineer
Key Experience
- Offshore structural and mechanical design
- Structural vessel and equipment experience
- Fabrication support and offshore exposure
- Competent in structural assessment and design verification
- Experience with FEA tools including Ansys and Strand7
- Familiarity with offshore design codes and standards
Education
Degree in one or more of the following:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Structural Engineering
- Civil Engineering
- Naval Architecture
Capability Profile
- 7+ years’ relevant engineering experience
- Strong communication and technical reporting skills
- Experience mentoring junior engineers
- Working knowledge of DNV and AISC design codes
- Offshore certified and willing to travel
Senior Project Engineer
Key Experience
- Experience delivering SURF and subsea installation projects
- Rigid pipeline, moorings and subsea structure installation experience
- Offshore operations management and vessel mobilisation leadership
- Package management and installation procedure development
- Vendor/subcontractor and interface management
- Budget, schedule and project coordination experience
Education
Degree in one or more of the following:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Marine Engineering
- Subsea Engineering
- Offshore Engineering
Capability Profile
- 7+ years’ offshore project experience
- Strong client-facing communication and reporting capability
- Leadership and mentoring experience
- Experience working within multinational project teams
- Able to perform under offshore project pressures
- Offshore certified and adaptable to offshore operations
Project Engineer
Key Experience
- SURF and subsea installation exposure
- Rigid pipeline, moorings and subsea structure installation support
- Vessel mobilisation planning and offshore coordination
- Familiarity with installation procedures and method statements
- Vendor/subcontractor and interface coordination
- Understanding of offshore operations and project delivery
Education
Degree in one or more of the following:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Marine Engineering
- Subsea Engineering
- Offshore Engineering
Capability Profile
- 3+ years’ relevant offshore experience
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Able to work independently on defined scopes
- Effective communicator across project and offshore teams
- Good understanding of offshore installation operations
- Offshore certified and willing to travel
Lead / Senior Analysis Engineer
Key Experience
- Extensive offshore/subsea installation and analysis experience
- Advanced knowledge of DNV, API and offshore design codes
- Expert OrcaFlex user for riser, mooring, lifting and installation analyses
- Experience delivering complex SURF, moorings and structural installation studies
- Strong understanding of vessel motions, hydrodynamics and offshore operations
- Competent in Python scripting and engineering tool automation
- Experience supporting offshore execution and operational troubleshooting
- Familiarity with CTR development, manhour estimating and technical assurance
Education
Degree in one or more of the following:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Naval Architecture
- Civil Engineering
Capability Profile
- 7+ years’ experience
- Proven technical leadership on multidisciplinary projects
- Strong client-facing communication and workshop facilitation
- Able to manage multiple analysis scopes in fast-paced environments
