Overview
We’re a boutique luxury lighting studio designing and producing distinguished lighting pieces for exceptional interiors, high-end residences, and super yachts.
Working closely with leading interior designers, we combine craftsmanship, technical precision, and exceptional design to create distinctive lighting for luxury spaces.
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Studio Operations Coordinator to join our small team and help manage the day-to-day flow of projects and studio operations.
This is a varied role with exposure across sales, production, logistics, project coordination, and client communication. It is ideal for someone ambitious and eager to gain hands-on experience within a creative luxury product business.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects from enquiry through to final delivery
- Support communication between sales, design, and production teams
- Track project progress using Zoho Projects
- Prepare quotations and process sales orders
- Coordinate suppliers, logistics, customs, and deliveries
- Raise purchase orders and arrange payments
- Maintain accurate project and client records
- Help ensure projects remain organised and on schedule
Requirements
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and administrative skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Proactive, resourceful, and calm under pressure
- Comfortable working within a small fast-paced team
- Strong computer literacy and confidence using digital systems
- Previous coordination or administrative experience beneficial but not essential

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
