Walker Construction UK Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Trading Operator to support procurement, materials sourcing, and supplier coordination across our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage purchasing and supply of construction materials
Monitor market prices and negotiate with suppliers
Track inventory levels and coordinate deliveries
Maintain accurate procurement records and reports
Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines
Requirements
Experience in procurement, trading, or supply chain (construction preferred)
Strong negotiation and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
