The role

You’ll support the COO. She’s been here since the early days, grown with the firm, and is ready to share what she knows. This isn’t a “sit outside the door and manage a diary” role. You’ll be included. In meetings. In decisions. In the work that matters.

What we’re looking for

• 1-2 years of administrative or EA experience
• Degree educated
• Someone hungry to learn, not someone who thinks they’ve arrived
• Comfortable with technology (the team would call themselves “AI native” – take that as you will)
• Professional, reliable, curious
• Ready to say yes, figure it out, and grow

What you’ll get
