Role Description

We are seeking talented and ambitious individuals to join our team as AI Analyst Prompters. This role combines business analysis skills with the practical application of AI tools to deliver solutions and improve business processes, decision-making, and efficiency.

You don’t need to be an expert on day one, we will invest in your training and development. What matters is the right mindset: analytical, curious, client-focused, and genuinely excited about what AI can do in the real world.

In this role you will work directly with clients to translate business needs into structured requirements and use our AI tools to build solutions. You will work closely with the founders, leverage Ripple’s proprietary platform to document processes, and interact directly with clients to clarify requirements and test refined solutions.

The position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, serving clients, overcoming business challenges, and contributing meaningfully to operational improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Business analysis

•       Work with clients on video calls and messaging platforms to understand business needs

•       Gather, document, and analyse requirements

•       Map business processes and identify improvement opportunities

•       Understand and document client data requirements and validation rules

•       Support the design of solutions to improve efficiency and outcomes

AI and prompt development

•       Design, test, and refine prompts for AI tools

•       Analyse and test AI-generated outputs for accuracy and usefulness

•       Develop repeatable workflows using AI tools

•       Support the roll-out of AI into client businesses

Data and insight

•       Collect and analyse data to support decision-making

•       Produce reports, summaries, and insights

•       Assist in identifying trends and opportunities for improvement

Documentation and communication

•       Create clear documentation — requirements, process flows, data models, workflows, reports

•       Present findings and recommendations to internal teams

•       Maintain records of processes and solutions

Essential Requirements

•       Strong desire to help improve client businesses and outcomes

•       Strong interest in AI and technology

•       Good problem-solving and analytical thinking

•       Clear communication skills (written and verbal)

•       Basic digital skills

•       Willingness to learn and develop professionally

Location and Ways of Working

This role is based at Ripple’s North London Development Centre on a hybrid basis. Specific working pattern will be confirmed during the interview process.
