We are seeking a professional join a leading implantology business. This role presents the challenge of managing and expanding an international dealer network across Europe, Middle East, and Asia, contributing to global market development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the management of the international dealer network,
• Develop strategies for expanding and onboarding new dealers in multiple markets.
• Manage and nurture relationships with key partners across diverse cultural landscapes.
• Oversee a team of multiple direct reports, including sales managers and administrative staff.
• Collaborate closely with company leadership to drive growth and market penetration.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven track record in implantology sales, with deep industry knowledge.
• Significant experience managing indirect sales channels (dealers/distributors)
• Demonstrated success in developing and expanding international dealer networks, preferably in Europe, Middle East, and/or Asia.
• Strong cultural awareness and ability to operate effectively across diverse markets.
