As a key member of our administrative team, you’ll be responsible for booking and coordinating outpatient appointments across multiple sites, ensuring patients receive the best possible experience from their very first contact. You’ll play an important role in implementing and maintaining efficient appointment systems, helping the Trust meet service targets and continually improve the quality of care we provide.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, patient-centred environment, where excellent communication, attention to detail, and teamwork are highly valued. This is a role for Bookings for Outpatients Services covering any Specialist Surgery area as a float/ flexible booker.
