Role Description

We are seeking a Warehouse and Customer Service Team Member for a full-time, on-site role located in Aintree. This role involves handling daily warehouse operations, including stock management, order picking, packing, and dispatch. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service by managing inquiries, resolving concerns, and assisting customers with product-related information. You will also contribute to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills for effectively managing inventory and warehouse tasks
• Excellent customer service and communication skills for managing inquiries and resolving customer concerns
• Attention to detail for accurate order picking, packing, and dispatching
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Basic proficiency in using inventory management or customer service software is an advantage
• Physical capability to lift and move packages as part of the warehouse operations
• Previous experience in a warehouse or customer service environment is a plus
