The Role

You’ll be operating our heat press machinery to apply designs to garments making sure every piece comes out looking exactly right. It’s a hands-on production role where consistency, care, and focus really matter.

We’ll train you on everything you need to know. What we can’t teach is a good work ethic and an eye for detail that’s what we’re really hiring for.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating the heat press applying designs to garments with the right pressure, temperature, and timing every time
• Quality checking reviewing placement, colour, and finish before and after each press
• Prepping materials getting garments and transfers ready so production runs smoothly
• Keeping a clean, safe, and organised work area throughout the day
• Supporting your colleagues and helping the team hit deadlines together
• Running basic machine checks and flagging any issues promptly

What We’re Looking For

No prior experience in heat pressing is needed, we’ll show you exactly how we work. What matters most is that you show up, pay attention, and take pride in getting things right.

You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy working with your hands, don’t mind a busy production environment, and understand that small details make a big difference to the finished product.

Previous experience in any kind of printing, or garment work is a bonus but it’s not a dealbreaker.
