Position Overview
The Distribution Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting and driving theatrical, home entertainment, television, and—principally—TVOD, AVOD, FAST, and broadcast digital servicing workflows.
This role provides advanced coordination, workflow oversight, and operational leadership across multiple release pipelines, ensuring assets, metadata, documentation, and deliverables are accurately managed and executed in line with global release schedules.
Acting as a central operational hub, the Coordinator works with internal teams, vendors, post houses, and digital platform partners, proactively identifying issues, improving workflows, and supporting junior team members. This position is suited to a candidate with solid experience in film, television, post-production, or distribution who is ready to take on increased responsibility and own key operational processes.
