We’re looking for a Senior Project Co-ordinator to support our Restore Nature Project Managers delivering multiple projects across Shropshire and Staffordshire. Based out of the regional hub office at Attingham you will also support projects at Dudmaston Estate near Bridgnorth and Kinver Edge. ?
These projects include the Attingham Nature Recovery and Sandscapes project.
What it’s like to work here
You’ll be part of the Trust’s internal Restore Nature Specialist Delivery Team: a flexible resource of specialist skills and expertise. As one of a multidisciplinary team of experts, including ecologists, fundraisers, estate managers and project managers, you’ll be working with others to help make things happen.
Your contractual place of work will be the National Trust Attingham regional Hub. We’ll talk about this in more detail at interview, but you should expect to be at a National Trust site for 40–60% of your working week.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll report too and work closely with two Project Managers along with various colleagues from the different sites you cover, including ranger teams general managers and subject experts from the Trust’s internal teams. You’ll organise and support project teams and board meetings and be involved in procuring goods and services for the projects.
You’ll develop and handle the processes needed to accurately collect and analyse information on the projects, including budgets and grant claims. You’ll regularly report on the progress of each of the projects you cover against agreed milestones, on time and to a high standard.
A particular focus will be on keeping detailed track of and reporting internally on project finances, preparing grant reports and managing purchase orders and invoices – working with the Project Manager to monitor progress on a day-to-day basis.

•good at working with all kinds of people and organisations, able to build and sustain strong working relationships
•familiar with budgeting and able to collate, maintain, analyse and prepare data for reports
