Telesales Appointment Makers – Fully Remote.
Full Time (Hours flexible)
Salary: £22,000 – £24,000 (+ commissions)
We are one of the fastest growing landscaping companies in the UK, and we are now looking for Telesales Agents/ Appointment makers to assist our Field Sales Executives.
Working remotely from home, you will monitor incoming leads from various and multiple sources, qualifying leads before booking them in for a visit or consultation with one of our landscaping managers.
Duties include:
– Screening calls
– Replying to emails
– Updating a database/CRM
– Liasing with landscaping teams, other team members and customers
– Light admin duties
– Team diary management
Who we’re looking for:
– Someone organised, and with a can-do attitude
– Experience of landscaping absolutely not essential but would be good!
– A good, clear telephone manner
– Outgoing personality
– Good time management
– Self motivated, and offers outstanding customer service
– Good access to wifi and network essential!
This is a full time role, although offers some flexibility – you will need to be able to cover calls etc some evenings and weekends, as and when calls are received. If you’re looking for a 9-5 job, this isn’t for you!
