Front Office Assistant Full Time

Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming environment. Duties

• Greet guests and visitors in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression
• Manage all front desk operations, including answering phone calls with proper etiquette and directing inquiries appropriately
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, providing information about services and facilities
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently using our booking system
• Maintain a tidy and organised reception area, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and presentable
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate guest requests and resolve issues promptly
• Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence as required
• Uphold high standards of hospitality, demonstrating excellent guest service skills at all times

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel reception or guest services is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly advantageous for communicating with our diverse guests
• Strong phone etiquette skills are essential for managing inquiries professionally over the telephone
• Experience in hospitality or customer service roles will be considered an asset
• Familiarity with hotel management software or reservation systems is beneficial but not mandatory
