About the Role:
We are eWorld, a DTC eCommerce company operating across the UK and EU markets, based in Yerevan, Armenia, at Woods Center.
We are growing our Signal Hero project and are looking for a Sales & Customer Support Specialist with strong experience in customer communication, problem-solving, and daily operations.
This is a remote role with the option to work from our office at Woods Center, Yerevan.
What You Will Do
– Handle international customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone
– Help customers choose the right product based on their needs
– Process daily orders and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners
– Manage customer issues, including troubleshooting, returns, refunds, and replacements
– Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with customers
– Follow up on leads and support sales opportunities when needed
Requirements
– Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken (highly important)
– Fast learner with the ability to understand technical products and processes
– Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
– Experience in eCommerce, customer support, sales, or logistics
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
– Experience working with UK customers is a strong advantage
– German language skills are a plus
Working Hours and Salary
Monday to Friday
10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Armenian time)
Salary starting from 330,000 AMD net
