This is your chance to have a massive impact from day one – redesigning processes from first-principles and using analytics to uncover insights that drive operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience. You’ll roll up your sleeves to deeply understand and improve day-to-day operations, while also leading and developing a team to support scalable growth.This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with exposure to Operations, Product, Engineering, Data Science and Compliance leadership.
