The Intralogistics & Warehouse Automation Team:
One of the most successful and rapidly growing practices in our business, the Intralogistics & Warehouse Automation team here at Verrus specialize in sourcing and placing high-impact talent for businesses who provide automation, robotics, storage technology and software to optimise the efficiency of material flows and goods handling in warehouses, distribution centres, and production facilities.
Your Role:
As an Executive Recruiter in our Intralogistics & Warehouse Automation team, you’ll be responsible for meeting billing objectives through the permanent placement of mid-to-senior level sales, business development, commercial, design, production, commissioning, service, and after-sales professionals for OEM and integrator clients.
We’re a globally operating consultancy so there’ll be no geographical restrictions on the scope of your recruiting activities, but you’ll nonetheless be integrating within and benefiting from an existing team of experienced consultants whose clients and candidates operate primarily across EMEA and North America.
Given the current strong pipeline of business within this team, your role will initially involve the fulfilment of existing search campaigns, maximising placement conversions through the identification of (and outreach to) comprehensive candidate shortlists. This foundation of learning will then enable you to progress into more 360 functions, where business development will then form a greater part of your role: Identifying and winning new clients through the proactive marketing of the best talent in the sector.
What We’re Looking For:
Prior recruitment, consulting, sales, or business development experience – or prior exposure to the Intralogistics & Warehouse Automation sector – would clearly be advantageous, but this is by no means a prerequisite as full and ongoing training will be provided. Your success and advancement will more likely be dictated by your attitude, drive and application.
