Location: Leeds – Hybrid
We’re recruiting part‑time evening Claims Handlers to join our team. This role is 21 hours per week over 4 days and offers flexible shift rotations, with availability across the weekend.
You’ll begin with 6.5 weeks of structured training, delivered on a part‑time basis, to ensure you’re fully supported and confident before moving into role.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Claims Handler within Green Flag Rescue Operations, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers experiencing a vehicle breakdown. You’ll play a vital role in supporting customers during what can be a stressful time, ensuring they feel reassured and informed from the very first call.

Contact centre experience is beneficial but not essential. A full UK driving licence would be advantageous but is not required.

This is a hybrid role, designed to support flexibility while delivering a high‑quality service to our customers.
Shifts starting from 7pm – 1am & 8pm – 1am.
