We are seeking a friendly and proactive Sales Assistant to join our team in Inverurie, Scotland. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Assisting customers with product selection and answering their inquiries
- Maintaining store presentation and ensuring merchandise is well-stocked and organized
- Processing transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale
- Supporting stock management and inventory control
- Promoting special offers and new products to customers
- Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals
Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and a strong willingness to learn. Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential.
