As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.Key ResponsibilitiesGreeting patients and visitors with warmth and professionalismManaging appointment bookings via telephone, online, and in personHandling patient queries and directing them to the appropriate servicesMaintaining accurate records and updating patient information systemsSupporting clinicians and administrative staff with day-to-day tasksEnsuring confidentiality and compliance with NHS policiesAbout YouExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational abilities and attention to detailConfident in using IT systems (training provided for NHS software)Ability to remain calm under pressure in a busy environmentPrevious experience in a healthcare or customer service role is desirable but not essentialPlease Apply below or call us on 0121 270 8878.
